But that's just what you see. It's behind the scenes that makes us who we are. Working only with local suppliers, our produce is grown in the Northern Rivers, a place that's dear to our heart and why we make such a conscious effort to leave as small a footprint as possible. We are 100% plastic free, work with local farms to dispose of our green waste and recycle/reuse as much as we can and where possible. Our timber wall is made from recycled fencing posts, our shelving from the old Tweed Heads hospital and our unique coffee scrub from our left over grinds. Every aspect of our business is constantly tweaked to make improvements and reduce it's impact.
